An excellent stay from start to finish with great staff, special room upgrade, stunning view, helpful advice, and first-class service. The hotel's location by the river is perfect for exploring the cultural area and is within walking distance of the main rail station. Comfortable room and delicious breakfast.

The hotel is conveniently located near the main train station, making it easy to access from the airport and to explore the city center. It is also situated in a more private and chilled out area, away from the main restaurant hustle and bustle. Moreover, the hotel offers beautiful views of the River Main, providing a serene atmosphere for guests. The rooms are functional and clean, with fantastic corner paramoma views. The staff provides exceptional service, with the reception desk and waitstaff being extremely polite and efficient. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of delicious options, including great breads, sausages, and cheese, as well as fresh fruits and juices. The hotel also boasts a 24hr gym with basic equipment.
The rooms could use some updates, including the addition of USB ports for convenience.

Excellent service from friendly staff throughout with efficient reception and helpful concierge. Standard 5-star amenities, great breakfast, and restaurant. Slightly dated rooms but acceptable, and compact bathroom. Ideal location near river and cultural area, within walking distance of main rail station. a well-run hotel with attentive staff and comfortable rooms.

River view room on 16th floor. Small space in room and shower. Amazing staff, especially the Concierge who gave helpful suggestions. Great location, walking distance to old town, shopping, and museums.

The lobby was welcoming, and the staff was friendly and helpful. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to the main city and the beautiful waterfront. the breakfast and restaurants at the hotel were great, offering a wide variety of delicious food options.
There were a few negative aspects to my stay. First, the check-in process was quite slow, with long queues and not enough staff to assist the guests.
