An excellent stay from start to finish with great staff, special room upgrade, fine view, helpful advice, and very good service. The hotel's location by the river is perfect for exploring the cultural area and is within walking distance of the main rail station. Comfortable room and delicious breakfast.

This hotel offers luxurious amenities that fulfill all exclusive needs. the room advantages are exceptional, with exquisite furnishings and a comfortable atmosphere. the Restaurant and Bar/Lounge area provide an elegant setting, providing a high-end culinary experience. the breakfast is varied, with an exquisite buffet providing numerous options. the private facilities are outstanding, making for a memorable stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near the main train station, making it easy to access from the airport and to explore the city center. It is also situated in a more private and chilled out area, away from the main restaurant hustle and bustle. Moreover, the hotel offers beautiful views of the River Main, providing a serene atmosphere for guests. The rooms are functional and clean, with fantastic corner paramoma views. The staff provides exceptional service, with the reception desk and waitstaff being extremely polite and efficient. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of delicious options, including great breads, sausages, and cheese, as well as fresh fruits and juices. The hotel also boasts a 24hr gym with basic equipment.

The rooms could use some updates, including the addition of USB ports for convenience.

The lobby was cute, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to the main city and the beautiful waterfront. The breakfast and restaurants at the hotel were great, offering a wide variety of delicious food options.
